• Garments are rented for 6 weeks at a time at a cost 30% of the value of all garments under $3,000 and 25% of the value of all garments over $3,000.

• At checkout, you will be charged for the full price of the garments.

• If garments are returned in the same condition within the 6-week rental period, your credit card will be credited with 70% or 75%, depending upon the rental charge of the garments.

• After 6 weeks, you will be charged an extra 5% rental fee for each week, or portion thereof, that you retain the garments.

• In the event that the garments are NOT returned in the exact condition as rented with the hangtag intact, the garments will be returned to you and you will be charged the full value of the garments and you will receive no refund.

• Exact condition means that the garments are in the same condition as they were rented and were not: (i) washed, (ii) cut, (iii) wet tested, (iv) ripped, or (v) stained.
